The return of virtual yin

Autumn always makes me want to get snuggly. The colder months are perfect for cosying up and taking it easy—and the slow, meditative approach of yin yoga is a perfect match.

To make it easier to get some hygge this autumn, I’m brining back monthly Friday evening yin yoga sessions. Three relaxing 75-minute online classes (with video replay), from my home to yours.

What to expect

When you register, you get access to the live session via Zoom, as well as a link to the video replay for the whole weekend. Each class uses long, well-supported postures to gently open the body and relax the mind. And we always end with a deliciously comfy guided relaxation.

I also curate Spotify playlists for each practice and let you know in advance what props we’re likely to use (hint: it’s often every blanket you can get your hands on!).

▪️ October 22, November 26, and December 17 from 20:15-21:30 Swiss time (find out when that is in your timezone)
▪️ Video replay anytime you want during the weekend after

▪️ Wherever you lay your yoga mat (or snuggle into bed!)
▪️️ Via Zoom for the live sessions
▪️️ And through Google Drive for the recordings

▪️ Per session: 12 CHF / $15 CAD / 90 DKK / 10€ /£9 / $12 USD
(All three sessions: 33 CHF / $40 CAD / 250 DKK / 27€ / £25 / $33 USD)
▪️ Equivalent charitable donations also accepted

If you’d like a more regular hit of online yin with me, I teach regular in-person classes at Younion Yoga in Zürich — and there’s an online option for those, too!
